1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software ("Software") offered by DSWorkflow Automation, Inc. ("DSWorkflow" or "Company"), you acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Software.
2. Changes to Terms
DSWorkflow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
3. Description of Software
DSWorkflow's CRM Software assists businesses in managing customer interactions, data, and analytics to improve business relationships and streamline processes.
4. Licensing
Upon agreement to these Terms and successful payment, DSWorkflow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Software.
5. Registration & Security
- Users must register to access the Software.
- Protect your login credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
- Any security breaches or unauthorized access should be reported to DSWorkflow immediately.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Our CRM Software handles a significant amount of sensitive information. Kindly refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we process, store, and protect personal data.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Software for any illegal activities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials in the Software.
8. Payment & Subscription Model
DSWorkflow operates on a subscription model. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Users are responsible for all charges, including applicable taxes.
9. Termination
DSWorkflow may suspend or terminate your access if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy copies.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Software is provided "as is." DSWorkflow disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, and does not warrant that the Software will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
DSWorkflow shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DSWorkflow is incorporated, irrespective of its conflict of law provisions.
13. Arbitration
Disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of DSWorkflow's incorporation.
14. Miscellaneous
If any term is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited, but the remaining terms will be in full force.
